This project sites by the Highline, NYC. By suggesting a more public-involved program, this design draws a dominating move to connect the circulation between ground level walking path and the Highline, and builds other programs around the circulation, including library, study rooms and public archive. This design move celebrates and encourages the initiative of pedestrians in the city, as well as enhances publicity within designed artifact.
